Dr. Ryan Averett, DC, MSN

Founder | Regenerative &
Sports Medicine Specialist

Dr. Ryan Averett began his medical journey as a surgical first assistant, gaining hands-on experience in the operating room before earning his doctorate in chiropractic medicine. He went on to complete advanced fellowships in regenerative medicine, concussion rehabilitation, and sports medicine.

By combining surgical insight with non-invasive innovation, Dr. Averett built our comprehensive care model that helps patients recover faster and live limitless. He specializes in accurate diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and whole-body recovery that works where others fail.

Dr. David Anderson, MD

Medical Director

Dr. David Anderson is an experienced emergency medicine physician with over 30 years of dedicated service in high-acuity clinical settings. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from George Washington University School of Medicine, completed an internal medicine internship at George Washington University Medical Center, and finished his emergency medicine residency at Denver General Hospital and its affiliated hospitals. His career reflects deep expertise in acute care, trauma management, and critical decision-making.

“I’m continually inspired by the transformative nature of regenerative care,its ability to not just treat symptoms, but to support the body’s own healing processes and restore function in meaningful, lasting ways.”

He also holds a Master of Science in Neurophysiology and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Brigham Young University. Dr. Anderson is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care and plays a key role in advancing evidence-based practices, helping guide clinical teams to deliver the highest standard of care.

Cami Averett, MSP, SPC

Sports Performance Consultant

Cami serves as our Sports Performance Consultant, bringing a strong academic background and personal athletic experience to the team. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology, along with a master’s degree in sports and performance from the University of Western States-Oregon (UWS). A former club and collegiate soccer player, Cami was pursued for multiple professional tryouts before a knee injury ended her playing career,an experience that deepened her passion for supporting athletes in their development.

“I love helping athletes grow, not just in their performance, but in who they become through the process. Mental skills training is a journey, and being part of that journey as they build confidence, resilience, and belief in themselves is incredibly rewarding.”

Cami is an avid sports enthusiast, a mom of four boy-athletes, and loves exploring new places in our wonderful world!

Sarah

Office Manager

Sarah keeps the clinic running smoothly, and the energy positive. With certifications as a CNA, Med Tech, and in CPR, she brings both clinical expertise and compassion to every patient interaction.

“One of the best parts of my job is watching people get better physically and emotionally. It’s amazing to see how much health impacts happiness.”

She attended BYU-Hawaii, loves all things girly, baseball, baking, and laughing with her husband and five children.

Tammy

Outreach Specialist

With a degree in education from BYU and years of experience in school leadership, Tammy brings both structure and warmth to the front desk. She’s often the first face you see and the one who remembers your name.

“The care here is unlike anything else. It’s thorough, comprehensive, and life changing.”

Outside of work, Tammy is an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, paddle boarding, and playing pickleball.

Anna Marie Murphy, LMT

Massage Therapist &
Chiropractic Assistanant

Anna Marie has an Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy and has been a licensed massage therapist for over 18 years. She specializes in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. She also helps patients between therapies on the rehab floor.

“Our culture is so positive here. I love connecting with people and being part of their recovery journey.”

Outside the clinic, she enjoys roller skating, snowboarding, movies, music, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Estelle

Medical Assistant

Estelle is a licensed medical assistant who assists Dr. Averett with procedures, draws blood, takes x-rays, and keeps patient records accurate and organized. She is also certified in First Aid and CPR, and is studying Health Science at UVU.

“I love the variety of people I meet and the fun, high-energy atmosphere here.”

She enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, sports, and traveling.

Keelin

Chiropractic & Physical Therapy
Assistant (PTCA/PT)

Keelin supports patients through recovery in both chiropractic and physical therapy. Her calm presence and hands-on assistance help patients feel supported at every stage.

“I love to help people better themselves.”

After work, she loves to draw, be outdoors, and hang out with family and friends.

Grace

Treatment Assistant

Grace is phlebotomy certified and assists with treatment support across multiple therapies. Her kindness and focus on care make her a go-to team member for both patients and staff.

“The team here makes every day worth it and I love caring for people.”

Her hobbies include crafting, running, cooking, and being outdoors.

Emma

Physical Therapy Assistant

Emma helps patients through strengthening exercises and works to create a peaceful, healing atmosphere during treatment. She’s currently studying Exercise Science at UVU and plans to pursue certifications in kinesiology.

“It’s rewarding to see people get excited after a great PT session.”

Her passions include roller skating, running, and lifting at the gym.

Cynthia is a Bachelor’s Registered Nurse who is passionate about helping people take control of their health and feel their best. With a compassionate, patient-centered approach, she empowers individuals to create sustainable, lasting change through practical and personalized care.

“My greatest joy is watching someone realize they’re capable of more than they thought  and seeing them transform their health, their confidence, and their life in the process.”

Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, off-roading, camping, and spending time with her family.
