Current Patients

Welcome Back,Let’s
Keep You Moving Forward

At Recover Spine & Sport, your care doesn’t end after the first few visits. Whether you’re mid-treatment, coming in for a follow-up, or checking in after a break, this page is designed to make your next steps easy and clear.

Our goal is to help you get better, stay better, and feel supported every step of the way.

Schedule Follow-Up Appointments

You can schedule directly online using your existing JaneApp profile or by calling/texting our front desk at (801) 855-6101. Most follow-up visits last 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your program.

Your treatment plan may evolve over time based on your progress. Our team will reassess and adjust your care as needed, ensuring every visit continues to move you toward recovery or peak performance.

24/7 Access to a Real Doctor

We know that questions and concerns don’t always happen during business hours. That’s why Recover offers 24-hour phone and text support. You’ll be connected directly to a licensed provider not an answering service.

If you’re experiencing a new symptom, a flare-up, or are unsure if you need to be seen reach out anytime. We’ll guide you through your options, whether that means adjusting your treatment, adding a visit, or referring you elsewhere.
